1 Cup Almond Milk
10 Almonds/ 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
1 Tablespoon Raw Cacoa
1 Frozen Banana
15-20 g Protein Powder
Blend until Smooth!
